Our equipment runs on factory floors across India, sealing cartons, gluing boxes, and keeping packaging lines moving for FMCG, pharma, and food companies.We need a Service Engineer who can keep those machines running. Not from a desk. At customer sites, with tools in hand.What You'll DoYour job is to make sure our machines work, at customer factories and at our workshop in Saki Naka.Travel to customer sites across India (2-3 trips per month, 2-4 days each) for installation, commissioning, servicing, and repairDiagnose and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on industrial packaging machinesHandle remote troubleshooting via phone, video call, and WhatsAppInstall new machines at customer sites; set up, test, train the operator, and hand overWork on machines sent back to our facility for servicing; collaborate with production and engineering teamsMaintain service records: what broke, why, what you did, what parts you usedFeed observations back to the engineering team: if something keeps breaking, we want to know so we can fix the designSupport exhibitions and trade fairs when neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales, production, and engineering, to ensure smooth customer experience from installation to after-sales.You'll start by shadowing our senior service engineers. Within 2-3 months, you'll handle service visits independently.What You Need (Must-Have)Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering0-3 years of hands-on field service experience on industrial equipment (any type: packaging, printing, food processing, pharma, textile, CNC, compressors, anything)You can use hand tools and actually troubleshoot; not just follow a checklist, but figure out WHY a machine isn't workingComfortable traveling PAN India, 2-3 times a month, 2-4 days per trip. This is non-negotiable.Hindi + EnglishMumbai-based (office is at Saki Naka, Andheri East)What's a Plus (Nice-to-Have)Experience with hot melt adhesive equipment, glue systems, or packaging machineryFamiliarity with pneumatic circuits and basic PLC/temperature controllersYou carry your own tool kitWorking Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM onwards. On-site at Saki Naka + customer travel.What Your First 90 Days Look LikeWeeks 1-4: Shadow our service engineer on customer visits and workshop jobs. Learn our machines, get familiar with common issues and fixes.Weeks 5-8: Start handling simpler service calls with backup support. Your first solo installations. Build your troubleshooting playbook.Weeks 9-12: Independent service visits. Own your calls end-to-end. By now you should be diagnosing most problems before reaching the site.You're not filling a seat.
