Jewellery CAD Designer

About the Role:We are looking for a Jewellery CAD Designer with strong technical expertise in 3D modellingand a deep understanding of Jewellery manufacturing.This role requires someone who can create accurate, production-ready designs, not justvisually appealing concepts.Key Responsibilities:Create precise 3D CAD models using Matrix and Rhino based on sketches or designbriefsModify and optimize designs for production feasibility and cost efficiencyPrepare files for 3D printing and casting (STL, CAM outputs, etc.)Ensure accurate dimensions, tolerances, and stone settingsCollaborate closely with design and production teams to avoid errorsHandle rendering and visualization when requiredMaintain a structured library of design files and versionsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in: 1. Matrix (Gemvision) 2. Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D)Solid understanding of 3D modelling and CAD workflowsAbility to convert 2D sketches into precise 3D modelsKnowledge of Jewellery design standards and proportionsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes (casting, polishing, stone setting)High attention to detail (critical-errors directly impact cost)Expected Output:Clean, production-ready CAD filesWe focus on production-ready jewellery design (not just visual concepts).Accurate stone settings and proportionsDesigns optimized for casting and manufacturingWell-organized file structure and version controlPortfolio Requirement (Mandatory) Share:Jewellery CAD models (Matrix/Rhino)Production-ready designsRendered images or real product outputs (if available)Note: Applications without portfolio will not be considered
