Junior AutoCAD Draftsman

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior AutoCAD Draftsman to support our design and execution teams. The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans for events, exhibitions, and experiential setups. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drafting basics and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD based on design briefs - Assist senior designers and production teams in developing execution drawings - Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site requirements - Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and aligned with project specifications - Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions - Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, client servicing) for inputs and updates - Support in site measurements and translating them into technical drawings - Adhere to timelines and ensure timely delivery of draftsSkills & Requirements- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD - Understanding of technical drawing standards and practices - Good attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to understand design concepts and convert them into technical drawings - Basic knowledge of materials, fabrication, or event structures is a plus - Strong communication and coordination skills - Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentQualifications- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Certification in AutoCAD preferredWhat We’re Looking For- Enthusiastic and eager-to-learn individual - Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver under guidance - Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Team player with a proactive approachWhy Join Us- Opportunity to work on large-scale events and experiential projects - Exposure to end-to-end design and execution processes - Fast-paced learning environment with growth opportunities
