Senior Engineer - Design EBOP

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Support:Assist in the preparation and review of electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.Support the design and layout of substations, switchgear, and medium/high-voltage cabling.Conduct quantity take-offs and compile bills of materials for electrical components.Project DocumentationHelp compile technical specifications, reports, and documentation packages for client and contractor submissions.Maintain version control of design and construction documents.Track and organize test results, certifications, and site inspection reports.Site & Project AssistanceSupport site inspections and construction supervision under the guidance of senior engineers.Help coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.Assist in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for EBOP components.Learning & DevelopmentStay current on industry standards, electrical codes (IEC, IEEE), and renewable energy technologies.Participate in internal and external training programs to build technical and safety knowledge.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.0–3 years of experience in electrical systems, preferably in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and standards.Basic knowledge of MV/HV systems, substations, or grid connection principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or PowerFactory is a plus.Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow procedures.
