Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering Experience: 6–12 years of experience, with strong experience in civil design and engineering of renewable energy or infrastructure projects.SkillsGood understanding of solar plant layouts and technical interfacesStrong knowledge of foundation engineering, geotechnical interpretation, and structural integrityPrepare standard technical report, RFP, SOP, Checklist, construction manual, and other technical manuals/ specifications for Solar, Wind, PSS & TL projectPreparation of Civil and structural design, detailing and BOQ for Solar-wind hybrid projectsProficiency in civil design software (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Etc)For Design Engineering of Solar Module Mounting Structures-Fixed Tilt, Seasonal Tilt, and FoundationsReview the design document of RCC control room, PCSS, inverter room, transformer foundation (IDT & Power Trafo.), MMS foundation, equipment foundationPreparation of STAAD Model & Structural Design calculation using relevant loading and design standardsMentoring & training junior team membersSite Assessment & Preparation - Evaluate site conditions, Coordinate geotechnical and hydrological studiesAssess new civil construction technologies, materials, and design methods to improve performance and reduce costs.
