Our C-Tech package offers complete design, engineering, equipment supply, and automation, supported by technologies like MBR, MABR, fibre disc filters, UF membranes, and CCRO.Headquartered in Navi Mumbai with offices in Europe, we also run a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Chakan and a membrane unit in Czechia.Role Definition :The Design Engineer – Process will be responsible for end-to-end process engineering for wastewater recycling systems, including SBR-based sewage/effluent treatment systems and an indepth knowledge of STP/ETP/CETP technologies (ASP, MBBR, SBR, MBR). The role involves reviewing tender requirements, preparing Basic Engineering Packages, performing process and hydraulic calculations, developing key engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, and mass balances, and coordinating drawings and documentation with drafting teams. The position also includes vendor interaction, site visits for data validation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing process support during construction, commissioning, and start-up to ensure successful project execution.Experience 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Wastewater / Chemical / MSW / Oil and gas / Infrastructure projectsMinimum QualificationsB.E. / B. Tech in Civil EngineeringM.E. / M. Tech in Environmental Engineering is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesProcess design, equipment sizing, selection, and preparation of datasheets for wastewater recycling systems STP/ETP/CETP technologies (ASP, MBBR, SBR, MBR).Develop PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, mass/energy balances, BOQs, and plant layouts.Perform detailed process calculations and select appropriate treatment equipment.Review vendor drawings, prepare RFQs, and support techno-commercial evaluations.Generate process documentation, process notes, O&M manuals, and maintain design records.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at with the subject line 'Process Engineer'.
