Generative AI Engineer

Role Objective: To design, implement, and drive AI-based automation across all departments including HR, Accounts, Finance, Architecture, and Interior Design, with the objective of improving productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time while reducing manual effort and operational cost. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & ImplementationIdentify automation opportunities across departments (HR, Accounts, Finance, Architecture & Interiors).Develop an AI roadmap aligned with business processes and growth plans.Recommend and implement suitable AI tools, platforms, and workflows.Ensure scalability and data security in all AI implementations. Translate business and operational requirements into practical AI solution designs Define data needs, model approaches, and implementation strategies Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions to validate AI use cases Design and implement AI agent architectures and automated workflows where appropriate Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Interior Designer, 3D Visualisers, QS, etc to deliver AI solutions Guide implementation of AI tools, platforms, and workflows Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Create documentation, technical guidelines, and implementation playbooks Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and products, recommending adoption where they improve delivery or performance.2. Training & Change Management • Train teams on using AI tools effectively. • Create SOPs, workflows, and user manuals. • Drive adoption and manage resistance to change. • Monitor usage and continuously improve systems.3. Data & Governance• Ensure:• Data accuracy• Compliance with company policies• Confidentiality• Cybersecurity best practices • Create AI usage guidelines and policies.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience designing and delivering AI or ML solutions in design services firms.Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation techniques Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems including traditional ML, deep learning, generative AI, and agent-based systems Ability to evaluate feasibility of AI use cases considering data, complexity, cost, and impact Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working across multidisciplinary technical teams Understanding of responsible AI practices and governance considerations
