This is a Banking program, requiring work from the office. There are no hybrid or work from home options.Domain RequirementsBanking domain expertise is essential. Experience working with PSU Banks will be considered an advantage.Domain ExpertiseComprehensive knowledge of BFS systems, including Core Banking (CASA, payments, GL, deposits)Familiarity with both retail and corporate business workflowsProficient understanding of digital banking platformsStrong knowledge of payment systems, such as UPI, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT, and ISO 20022Experience with fraud and risk management systemsUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks, including RBI, PCI DSS, and AML/KYC normsTechnical ExpertiseProficient in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API architecture for integrated platformsExperience with cloud technologies (Azure and RedHat) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), ESB, and MQsDatabase experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, data lakes, Kafka, and RabbitMQKnowledge of security architecture, including IAM, encryption, and tokenizationSkilled in using architecture tools such as Sparx EA, Visio, and Lucidchart
