As we expand our project footprint, we are looking to strengthen our execution team with capable and committed engineering professionals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. A strong understanding of civil engineering practices, construction standards, and local site management is essential.Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Construction ManagementSupervise day-to-day site activities, including civil works, structural execution, finishing, and quality checks.Ensure adherence to approved drawings, design specifications, and project timelines.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve execution challenges.Monitor material usage, labour deployment, and work progress to ensure project efficiency.Quality Control & ComplianceConduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work complies with technical specifications and safety standards.Implement best construction practices to reduce errors, rework, and delays.Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental guidelines.Project Coordination & ReportingCollaborate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for seamless integration of design and execution.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, update construction schedules, and highlight bottlenecks to project heads.Support budgeting, BOQ validation, and cost control processes during execution.Vendor & Material ManagementCoordinate with procurement teams for the timely delivery of materials as per site requirements.Verify material quality, quantity, and usage on site.Assist in evaluating vendor performance and suggest improvements or alternatives as needed.Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain updated records of site activities, work permits, quality checks, and labour compliance.Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and submitted on time.Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).8-10 years of experience in real estate construction, preferably in commercial or high-rise projects.Strong knowledge of structural works, construction methodologies, and site coordination.Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard project management tools.Working knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and quality norms.Key Traits & Competencies:Detail-oriented with strong execution focusGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to multitask and manage site operations independentlyFlexible to travel across project sites in Navi MumbaiWillingness to work extended hours or weekends as per site demands
