The role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 application support for live systemsAnalyze production issues and coordinate fixes with developersDebug code and identify root causes of issuesSupport API integrations and third-party connectivityAssist in deployment, release management, and hotfixesCoordinate with QA for testing and validationMonitor logs, database queries, and system performancePrepare technical documentation and support reports Required Skills:Basic to strong knowledge of .NET (as applicable)Understanding of JSON, XMLWorking knowledge of SQL Experience in debugging and log analysisBasic understanding of server environments (Windows)Preferred Skills:Experience in production support or live application handlingKnowledge of travel domain APIs (Hotel / Flight / OTA systems) — added advantageExperience with monitoring tools and ticketing systemsknowledge of JavaScript, Angular and MVCQualifications:BE / BTech / MCA / BCA or equivalent1–4 years of relevant experienceKey Traits:Strong problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination abilityAbility to work under pressure during live issuesOwnership mindset and attention to detail
