Job Title: SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)Employment Type: PermanentExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: Mumbai (Hybrid)Job Description:As a Site Reliability Engineer, you hold a leadership role in your team, demonstrate strong knowledge across multiple technical domains, and advise others on the technical and business issues facing them. Take lead and conduct resiliency design reviews, break up complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, act as a technical lead for medium to large-sized products, and provide advice and mentoring to other engineers.Responsibilities:5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and systems engineeringProficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or GoExperience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or AzureStrong understanding of computer systems, networking, and distributed systemsExperience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELKStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as GitSkills:DevOps role i.e. AWS + Programming skills + Monitoring/ reportingCore skills: Coding (Python/ .NET/ Java/ TypeScript/ React) + Cloud (AWS) + Containerization (Kubernetes)Recent experience in successfully leading Application / Site reliability function.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Electronic or IT Engineering.Disclaimer:LearningMate is an equal opportunity employer.
