DIAGRAMPLC IO CKT DIAGRAMCABLE SCHEDULELABEL LISTTERMINAL LAYOUT /DRAWING, TERMINAL LOOP DRAWINGSBOM GENERATION THRO EPLAN & IN EXCELDESIGN SPECSDATA BASE GENERATIONEPLAN DRAWING STANDARDISATION AS BUILT & AS COMMISSIONED DRAWINGSREPORTING TO DESIGN ENGINEER - IN HIS ABSENCE TO PROJECT MANAGERPROJECT EXECUTION & MONITORINGCoordinate with Client for Detail Project Design Inputs, Clarification if anyReceive Design Inputs & clarification from ClientSubmit Drawings to the Client for approvalRaise Indent & Float Enquiries to the VendorsReceive offers from the vendors & do the Technical evaluationForward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing ordersCo-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of materialDo Follow-up with Panel Builders & if required do visits for timely delivery of PanelVisit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection ReportRaise inspection call to Client & do FATTake dispatch clearance from Client/ConsultantsPrepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.
