With operations in over 50 countries, Samsung C&T is renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable practices.Key responsibilities· Design and Analysis: Utilize advanced engineering principles and software tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, to design, analyze, and optimize structural components and systems.· Documentation and Specifications: Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations, technical specifications, and comprehensive reports that support and validate design decisions.· Site and Project Management: Conduct on-site evaluations of existing structures to provide expert recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and retrofitting. Oversee project administration to ensure structural designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.· Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project plans and resolve complex challenges.· Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all structural designs and project deliverables strictly comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as rigorous industry standards.· Mentorship and Development: Act as a technical leader by mentoring junior engineers, sharing advanced knowledge, and assisting in their professional growth.· Technology Leadership: Champion the use of BIM technology to create and manage structural models, ensuring a high level of accuracy and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.· 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in structural engineering.· Demonstrated proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM technology.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
