As a remote-first team, we value flexibility, trust, and a culture where every voice is heard, ensuring that innovation thrives no matter where we are.We are in search of a Senior Front-End Engineer with extensive expertise to:Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.Own all aspects of feature implementation from design to delivery.Design, build, and enhance existing components in the internal component library.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.Establish and advocate best practices and coding standards.Lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency.Experience Required: 6 to 9 years or aboveRequirements6+ years of software development experience at a SaaS company.6+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, prototyping, polyfils, javascript modules, and ES6.5+ years of experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React).5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.Clear understanding and experience in working with react concepts(e.g. HOC, useEffect and useState hooks, custom hooks, React Portal, Refs and DOM, Virtual DOM).Familiarity with Javascript build tools such as Webpack.Unit and E2E testing experience.Experience in building rich mobile-first applications(use of media queries).Experience with CI/CD for Frontend Single Page Apps and Server Side Rendered but client-side hydrated SPAs. Additional experience in full-stack development, GraphQL, Redux, Apollo, React-based localization frameworks, highly regulated industries, supporting and troubleshooting high availability, real-time, production applications, and working under a DevOps model with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools would be a strong plus.Proficiency with CSS abstraction layers, CSS Modules, and CSS in JS, (e.g. SASS or JSS).Experience writing modular, well-structured (proper use of interfaces, type definitions, and linting rules), generic, and reusable code.Experience using RESTful Web Service Architecture.Experience identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and improving overall team performance.Join our team and experience true flexibility with the ability to work from anywhere, complemented by a competitive salary and bonus program designed to reward your hard work.
