Junior Architect

Position:Junior ArchitectJob Location:Mumbai (Chembur)Qualification:Bachelors Degree in ArchitectureJob Responsibilities:· Attend all key project meetings, to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives & engineers, as directed by the project manager and seniors.· Analyse architectural designs and plans, will require to prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules and other design documents required for each phase of a project and seniors.· Contribution will require in concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.· Coordinate the interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensures effective transfer of information between the two.· Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project’s amenity and specifications.Requirements:· Good presentation and communication skills.· Having an eye for details and Highly creative individual· Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills· Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
