Architect (High End Architecture Projects)

We are hiring an Architect in Worli, Mumbai to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury residences, commercial developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use environments, and high-end interior architecture. This role is ideal for someone with strong design ability, technical clarity, and experience contributing to premium, detail-driven projects from concept to execution.Project TypologyYou will work across a wide range of high-value architectural projects, including:Luxury residential buildings, private homes & villasPremium commercial & workplace environmentsHospitality projects such as hotels, clubs, and leisure spacesLarge-scale mixed-use & urban development projectsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual designs, architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.Translate client requirements into functional, well-resolved architectural solutions.Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, timelines, and documentation.Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and applicable standards.Present design proposals and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into revisions.Maintain clear communication with clients throughout design development and execution.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and resolve issues.Collaborate with contractors and site teams during construction to address design clarifications.Stay updated with new materials, technologies, sustainable strategies, and industry trends.Manage multiple project stages simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.2–6 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality architectural design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/visualization software.Strong design sensibility, problem-solving ability, and technical understanding.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and sustainable design principles.Work ScheduleLocation: Worli, MumbaiWorking days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Saturdays (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)Interested candidates may contact / 93590 34327 or 96677 70774 for any additional information requirements.
