Site Engineer (Commercial Interior projects)

We are hiring a Site Engineer to oversee and execute commercial interior fit-out projects, including office and workspace environments. This role involves hands-on site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.Project TypologyYou will be working on:Commercial and corporate office interiorsWorkspace fit-outs and renovationsTurnkey interior execution projectsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute on-site interior fit-out activities such as partitions, false ceilings, flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, and finishing works.Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth site execution.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained.Track materials, quantities, and site requirements in coordination with procurement teams.Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and basic documentation.Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in site execution for commercial interiors or fit-out projects.Ability to read and interpret interior and architectural drawings and technical documentation.Working knowledge of BOQs, material quantity take-offs, and MS Excel.Strong coordination and communication skills.Willingness to travel locally for site visits as required.Work ScheduleLocation: Sudama Nagar, BangaloreWorking days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Interested candidates may contact / 93590 34327 or 96677 70774 for any additional information requirements.
