About the Role:We are seeking experienced CAD Jewellery professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Rhino and Matrix, who are willing to transition into a full-time Instructor / Mentor role.And the Selected candidates will receive structured training and certification to become professional CAD Jewellery instructors, enabling them to deliver industry aligned, high quality training.Important: This position is strictly for Instructor / Mentor roles.Pure CAD Designer / production-only candidates should not apply.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions in CAD Jewellery Design using Rhino & MatrixMentor students through practical, industry-based CAD projectsExplain jewellery design concepts, workflows, and best practicesAssess student performance and provide structured feedbackSupport curriculum delivery aligned with current industry standardsContinuously upgrade skills in line with evolving CAD tools and trendsKey Skills & CompetenciesMandatory hands-on experience in Rhino & MatrixStrong foundation in jewellery design and CAD modelingWillingness and aptitude to teach, mentor, and guide learnersGood communication and presentation skillsPositive learning mindset and adaptabilityEducational QualificationDiploma / Degree in Jewellery Design, CAD Design, or related fieldRhino / Matrix certification is an added advantageEligibility CriteriaMust be willing to work as a CAD Mentor / InstructorMust have 3 to 8 Years of expMust be Mumbai-based or willing to work locallyAvailable for immediate joining or within 10 dayscompensationSalary upto 9 LPA
