The Exterior 3D Modeler will be responsible for designing, creating, and rendering high-quality 3D exterior models for various industry projects. Core responsibilities include developing accurate spatial designs, optimizing models for interactive applications, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and client specifications. The role involves envisioning innovative designs that align with emerging technologies in immersive experiences.Responsibilities: • Exterior towers / high-rise modelling• Landscape & clubhouse structures• Outer environment — roads, pathways, street elements • Working accurately from Architecture CAD filesRequirements: ✔ 1-6 years experience in Architectural 3D Modeling ✔ Strong in 3ds Max (mandatory)✔ Solid portfolio with real project work✔ Clean topology & production-ready models✔ V-Ray / Corona knowledge is a plus
