Job Title: Data Scientist / AI Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)Department: AIEmployment Type: Full-Time (Remote- India) Timings: 6.30PM IST to 3.30AM ISTAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing data-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and research teams to design and implement models spanning classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, train, and evaluate machine learning and generative AI models for real-world use cases.Develop and maintain data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering processes using Python or PySpark.Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) for tasks like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), summarization, and content generation.Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.Collaborate with cloud and MLOps teams to deploy models using frameworks like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.Perform data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis to derive actionable insights.Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI, NLP, and multimodal AI, and translate them into practical implementations.Required SkillsProgramming: Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).AI / ML: Practical experience with supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning algorithms.GenAI: Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).Data Engineering: Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.Cloud & MLOps: Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Analytics & Visualization: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.Must have:Experience in LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face Transformers.Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI systems.Prior work on end-to-end AI product development or POC creation.Understanding of SQL and data warehouse technologies.EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI & Generative AI projects.Mentorship from senior architects and researchers.Fast-paced, innovation-driven culture with career growth paths toward AI Specialist / Applied Scientist / MLOps Engineer
