Job SummaryThe Project Engineer/Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, execution,coordination, and delivery. This role involves managing project teams, contractors, consultants,budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful completion of projects. The positionrequires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders whileensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams• Manage and monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and scope• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements• Lead and manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors• Monitor project budgets, billing, cost control, and variation management• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and company policies• Review daily site progress reports and conduct regular site meetings• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions• Handle client communication, inspections, approvals, and handovers• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and schedulesSkills & Qualifications• Diploma / B.Des / B.Sc / B.Voc in Interior Design, or BA in Interior Architecture, or relevantdiscipline• 8–10 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial, or residential projects• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, and coordination• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large project teams• Excellent understanding of drawings, BOQs, contracts, and execution methodologies• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills• Good problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of planning tools and AutoCAD.
