Greetings for the day.We have an opening for a Architect Support based in Mumbai.Job Description- Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations. - Review of Design development Packages and explore further need for Cost Optimization across various packages and Value Engineering options feasible. - Ensure confirmation of adherence to various policies and norms, while review of tenders. - Ensure timely and accurate review of tenders and release it to procurement for further process. Assist in Preparation of DD budgets and provide inputs on variation in Concept Design Vs. DD Design and cost implication thereto. - Maintain active communication with various departments like Design, Procurement & Construction Management. Obtain the market rates and prepare Rate Analysis for all the items and update the Rate Master periodically. - Obtain the market rates and prepare Rate Analysis for all the items and update the Rate Master periodically. - Prepare the database of the market rates, monitor the trends and update the same time to time. Conduct Techno-commercial Audits for Post Contract works and suggest improvements in the process to avoid irregularities / mistakes.Skills:Design coordination and consulting experience. Qualification: B. Arch Graduate.
