Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.- Architect, develop, and review full-stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Drive technical design discussions and guide the team in making sound engineering decisions. - Oversee the entire SDLC—from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring. - Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices. - Plan and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. - Identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure timely delivery of high-impact features. - Optimize development processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development; 2+ years in a lead role. - Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React js - Expertise in backend development with Node.js,, Python, PHP - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus. - Strong debugging, performance optimization, and architectural skills.
