Systems Engineer III

Job Scope:Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. The position works closely with internal teams and responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ansible or shell scripting, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.Job Responsibilities:Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customersProvide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teamsBuild tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experiencePerform root cause analysis for production errorsInvestigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixesDevelop scripts to automate visualizationDesign procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance 24*7 support, should be flexible for shifts Qualification and Experience:- 5-8 years of Experience- B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA- Candidate must be associated with computers & technical backgroundKnowledge and Skills:Linux OS.SQL Queries.Monitoring tool like nagios.Apache/Nginx web servers.Basic Network.Message borker like RabbitMQ, Solace Ansible & Shell Scripting.SVN, Jenkins, Nagios, Dynatrace, Grafana, PrometheusAPIs (Rest, SOAP)Application security patchingApplication High availability, performance and scaling Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
