Position: Sr. ArchitectLocation: Andheri MumbaiWorking Days: 6 daysQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS· 10+ years’ experience in similar field.· B.ArchPREFERRED SKILLS· Prior experience working in Turnkey Interior / fit out companies required.· Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, MS Office.KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES· Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.· Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.· Developing and presenting project proposals.· Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client needs.· Client Interactions.· Ability to develop look and feel.· Co-ordination with consultants, client & vendors.· Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.· Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.· Managing Project Teams.· Periodic Site visits when required.· Handover Documentation and Project closure.· Good Communication and Presentation skills.· Good Leadership Skills· Decision Making ability· Internal Co-ordination· Good PR Skills· Team Handling· Emotional MaturityInterested candidates kindly share your updated CV on email - bhavna@
