You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team.Job Responsibilities Responsible for all Testing effortsUnderstand the Test plan and report the progress. Participate in technical reviews.Responsible for running test stages through the entire project/project lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions meet the agreed quality objectives and delivery timescales.Adhere to reporting requirements and guidelines ensuring reporting is appropriateUnderstand application testing requirements and test strategyResponsible for test related documentation and archivingUnderstand and implement agile methodology and practicesResponsible for implementing test automation using Selenium webdriver.Resolve the challenges and application limitations in automation.Qualifications BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications.Any experience on Windows / Cloud / Mobile would be a huge plusShould have handled end-to-end testing/QA for large projects/products.Strong experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium webdriver.Atleast 3 years of industry experience in manual/automation testing using Java around angular Js applications, API calls, TDD.Test Automation: Experience in designing framework with programming/scripting language preference for Javascript. Design & implement reusable automated test framework to drive test automation goal and to support continuous integration & regression testing.A self-starter who is proactive and highly motivated. In depth knowledge of trends and development related testing. Should have good analytical skills.Nice to have experience in Agile teams experience working with source code management Git.Experience in defining Road Map for Testing Activity, defining testing strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership.The ability to think logically.Good memory of how software and operating systems work.Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.Ability to work well as a team player.Problem solving skills;Strong customer focus.Ability to prioritize tasksMust have analytical skills, good communication skills & proactively doing knowledge transfer
