Standard MMC Tech Benefits and Perks Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone)We will count on you to: Understand Business requirements and identify scenarios for Automated and Manual testing Bring experience on testing AI powered business applications / add-ins Demonstrate usage of Gen AI in tooling & AI driven insights reporting Creating/Reusing AI utilities and frameworks for testing Design Automation test scripts ensuring proper coverage of regression Understanding API test resources, requirements and scripting Setup an Automation test framework Execution and maintenance of test scripts (Manual and Automated) and reporting results Investigate technical problems, needs and determine possible solutions Document test results, defect logs and issue logs wherever possible Participate in development of technical documentation where possible Status reporting to the Delivery Lead and Reporting Manager Communicate effectively with team members and stake holders of the project delivery team Work with Test Leads to improve ROI of overall automated and functional tests To own MercerTech initiatives along with Quality Engineering Leads Drive Agile Continuous improvement initiatives with Delivery LeadsWhat you need to have: 7+ years’ experience in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of working on successful test programs on enterprise scale applications or projects Experience in applying Generative AI capabilities for BAU work effectiveness, practical use cases Demonstrable experience of working in Programs on enterprise scale applications or projectsTechnical Skillset required: Knowledge of Python and building AI test automation framework Proficiency in UI and API test automation Specific experience with the following: Proficient in the following scripting languages and automation tools - Java, UFT [Lean FT] and Playwright Experience of K6 and LoadRunner for Performance testing will be a plus Experience of using AzureDevOps for end-to-end test delivery management Repository, CI/CD pipeline management experience with GitHub and GitHub ActionsWhat makes you stand out: Positive attitude and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment An aptitude towards systems and technology Must be able to multi-task, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Able to work independently or with a team Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectivelyMarsh McLennan(NYSE: MMC) is the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people.
