Our mission is to make technology invisible, allowing the magic of the story to take center stage.Location:Onsite - Navi MumbaiExperience:1–3 YearsRole OverviewWe’re looking for an Electronics & Controls Engineer to design, prototype, and test electronic and embedded control systems for new products. The role focuses on hardware, firmware, and system integration for mechatronic and automation applications, working closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and test embedded control systems integrating sensors, actuators, and power electronics. Develop firmware (C/C++/Python) for microcontrollers and embedded boards. Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams. Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and system validation. Implement and tune control algorithms for motion or automation systems. Support prototype fabrication, testing, and documentation (BOMs, test reports, manuals).Required SkillsBachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering. Experience with microcontrollers, embedded programming, and circuit design. Proficient in C/C++ and familiar with Python. Hands-on with oscilloscopes, power supplies, soldering, and basic prototyping tools. Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.).Preferred SkillsPCB design experience (Altium / KiCad / Eagle). Understanding of control systems and motor drivers. Exposure to power electronics, PLCs, or IoT systems. Familiarity with DFM/validation testing processes.Soft SkillsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver.
