Role OverviewWe’re seeking anEngineering Managerto oversee multiple client projects and technical teams across geographies. This person will play a key leadership role in ensuring project delivery excellence while freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives on mentoring developers, coordinating teams, engaging directly with clients, and balancing multiple priorities. You’ll serve as the bridge between business strategy and engineering execution — ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction stay on track. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee multiple engineering teams across concurrent client projectsServe as the primary technical and delivery lead for select accounts, interfacing directly with clientsConduct regular code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce development best practicesCollaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and technical directionTrack progress across initiatives, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve delivery challengesWork closely with leadership to plan team capacity, allocate resources, and identify process improvementsSupport estimation, proposals, and technical documentation for new initiativesFoster a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence across the engineering organizationQualifications8+ years of total software development experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management rolesExpert-level experience withlow-code platforms, particularlyMendix(Mendix Advanced or Expert certification preferred)Strong background intraditional full-stack development(Java, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, etc.)Proven experience leading remote teams and managing multiple concurrent projectsExceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project oversightComfortable working flexible hours to align withUS-based clientsWhat We OfferA global, fully remote work environment with collaborative cultureOpportunities to lead diverse projects across industries and technologiesDirect exposure to strategic initiatives and client partnerships
