Hi,We are hiring for one of our client a Registrar and Transfer agentJob Titles: Desktop Support EngineerExperience : 5+ yearsSalary Bracket : Upto 4.5 LPALocation : Andheri East MumbaiKey Responsibilities:- Provide first-level support for Windows/Mac desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Install, configure, and upgrade desktop systems, software, and applications. Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other platforms. Support remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of support requests. Experience on Antivirus Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims. Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Provide end-user training and support for software applications.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field(preferred). Proven experience in desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common enterprise software. Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user account management. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
