This role demands a hands-on leader who can architect, build, and scale complex systems — while guiding a team of engineers across the stack. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps to bring innovative digital products to life. Your work will involve shaping technical strategy, mentoring engineers, implementing scalable architectures, and staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies. This is not a typical 9-to-5 role — we’re looking for ahustler mindset , someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and loves building products that push boundaries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end web and cloud-based applications. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Oversee a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps. Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud-native development, microservices, etc.) and integrate them where applicable. Own performance optimization, scalability, and security across applications. Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimentation — startup-style. Provide technical mentorship and career guidance to team members.Qualifications8+ yearsof professional experience in full stack development. 3+ yearsof proven leadership or team management experience. Expertise in modernfrontend frameworks(React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue). Strongbackend proficiencywith Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. Solid understanding ofdatabases(SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling. Experience withDevOps ,CI/CD ,Docker , andcloud infrastructure(AWS, GCP, or Azure). Exposure toAI/ML pipelines , model integration, or data-driven systems. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills. Proven track record in fast-paced or startup environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Nice to HaveExperience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks. Prior work in product startups or scaling SaaS platforms.
