Job Title: Enterprise Architect Experience Level: ~10 years Role Type: Domain / Architecture Role Overview: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise-wide architecture spanning business, information, application, and technology domains. This role ensures that IT strategy and architectural decisions align with business goals, support scalability, and enable digital transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint covering business, data, application, and technology layers. Develop and enforce architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks . Align the IT roadmap and investment decisions with business strategies and transformation initiatives. Lead cross-domain architectural decisions ensuring interoperability and consistency across systems. Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and tools for enterprise adoption and long-term sustainability. Provide guidance to domain and solution architects to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Maintain architecture documentation , decision records, and reference models. Collaborate with business and technology leadership to balance innovation, cost, and risk. Drive architecture reviews to ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance. Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise or senior solution architecture roles within large, complex organizations. Deep understanding of business, information, application, and infrastructure architecture domains. Proven experience in cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure) , integration frameworks , data platforms , and security design . Experience in architectural governance , roadmapping , and technology portfolio management . Strong strategic thinking , leadership , and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and influencing capabilities across business and technical teams. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF . Experience with microservices , API management , and service mesh architectures. Understanding of data governance , security frameworks , and compliance standards . Exposure to digital transformation , innovation management , and cloud migration programs .
