Site Civil Engineer

Job Title :- Sr. Site Engineer.  Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Mumbai. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and communicating. They will work closely with structural and civil engineers to ensure projects are completed successfully.*Salary package Starting from 40K to 50K depending upon the Experience and Interview*Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Relevant certifications and experience in the construction field. Minimum 4-5 Years Experience is required. Previous working experience with Contractor/ Builders. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Autocad etc. required. Experience in quality control processes. Preparing and implementing project plans. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards On-site management and coordination skills Excellent communication skills. Background in structural engineering or civil engineering Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections. Researching and providing estimates for projects. Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.Key Skills & Requirements ✅ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering ✅ 4–5 years of hands-on site experience in high-rise building construction ✅ Strong knowledge of construction methodology, BBS, planning & reconciliation processes ✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project ✅ Exposure to MEP coordination, shuttering, steel, RCC work, finishing preferred
