Job Description: Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Building Services)We are seeking a highly experiencedMechanical Engineerwith over20 years of expertiseinHVAC design and engineering , along with strong knowledge ofElectrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (PHE-FF) systems . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large-scalenational and international projectsacross diverse sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, review, and implementation ofHVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systemsfor complex projects. Overseeend-to-end design processesfrom concept to execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and local codes. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to developintegrated MEP solutions . Providetechnical leadership and mentoringto design teams. Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in all mechanical services. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation. Conduct feasibility studies and supportvalue engineeringinitiatives.Projects Experience Includes:Commercial complexes & Retail developments Data Centres Airports & Infrastructure projects Residential & High-rise buildingsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inMechanical Engineering(or equivalent). Minimum20+ years of design experienceinHVAC and building services (Electrical, PHE, Firefighting) . Expertise ininternational codes & standards(ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, NBC, etc.). Strong project management and client coordination skills. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or equivalent). Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
