We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Full-Stack Java Developer to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms. The Role As a Lead Full-Stack Java Developer, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from UI design to back-end deployment. You will lead a team in the design and implementation of complex, mission-critical solutions for the financial services industry. Your role will involve mentoring team members , ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions across the entire stack. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and manage a team of developers , providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and delegating tasks to ensure project goals are met. Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications. Code Quality & Standards: Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both the user interface and the backend services. Conduct independent code reviews and apply appropriate Design Patterns to ensure quality and compliance. Software Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack. DevOps & Deployment: Drive modern DevOps practices. This includes designing and managing CI/CD pipelines , and ensuring applications are efficiently deployed and orchestrated using Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will work as an individual contributor and team leader to address technical challenges and deliver results within tight deadlines. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role . Hands-on Skills (Must-Have): Front-End: Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3 . Back-End: Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks. Microservices: Proven experience in designing and building scalable Microservices architectures and RESTful web services . Core Java: In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and the Collections framework. DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP . Containerization: Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes . Distinct Advantage (Good to Have): Knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases . Any professional certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, AWS Solutions Architect). Behavioral & Enabling Skills Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
