(IT) Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering Preferred Certifications: Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ), Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration, Technical Skills: Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc. Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage. Role Details Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues. Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets. Basic application support knowledge Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts) IT Support, non-voice process Excellent written and oral communication Initial Shift timings is from 11 AM - 8 PM Post that Shift timings will be from -6 PM - 3 AM ( Rotational Week offs)
