Responsibilities include assisting the student in following classroom instructions, promoting their participation in activities, and helping them achieve their educational and developmental milestones. The Shadow Teacher will work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to implement effective strategies and monitor the student's progress.QualificationsStrong skills in Education, Teaching, and Training for providing personalized learning supportProficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to adapt lesson content to suit individual learning needsImplementing Behavior management strategies.English proficiency for effectively collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialistsEmpathy, patience, and a passion for working with children to support their growthRelevant experience or training in working with children with special educational needs is a plusBachelor's or Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Human development or a related field preferred
