A philanthropic organisation is advancing education through nationwide programmes focused on access, quality, and inclusion. It supports underserved communities via NGO partnerships, schools, scholarships, and digital initiatives. The organisation is seeking a senior leader to drive new education programmes particularly in Early Childhood and Digital Education by shaping strategy, leveraging technology, and building partnerships for scalable impact over the next five years.ResponsibilitiesLead and define strategy for the education vertical, including new and existing initiativesDesign and scale programmes across Early Childhood and Digital EducationTranslate strategy into execution plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and budgetsBuild and manage partnerships with government, NGOs, and global agenciesDevelop monitoring & evaluation frameworks to track impactCollaborate across stakeholders and represent the organisation externallyQualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate degree in Management/Development or PhD in Education15+ years in education, social impact, consulting, or entrepreneurial rolesExperience with tech-enabled education (preferred)Key CompetenciesStrong strategic and execution capabilitiesDeep understanding of the education sector and trendsStakeholder management and partnership-building skillsOwnership mindset with strong communication and delivery focus
