With 1,850 Preschools and 60 K-12 Schools, it empowers 1,650 women entrepreneurs and employs a direct and indirect workforce of over 22,000 people.Purpose:The Program Manager - School Enrichment will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing school enrichment programs that align with the goals and objectives of Lighthouse Learning GroupRole and responsibilities:1. Program Development and Management:• Design, develop, and implement school enrichment programs that meet the needs of students, schools, and the broader educational community.• Ensure programs are aligned with educational standards and best practices.• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.2. Stakeholder Engagement:• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, parents, and community partners.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainability.• Act as a liaison between Lighthouse Learning Group and partner schools to address needs and concerns.3. Resource Management:• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.• Identify and secure funding opportunities to support program growth and development.• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers.4. Data and Reporting:• Collect, analyze, and report on program data to measure impact and outcomes.• Prepare and present reports to senior management, funders, and other stakeholders.• Utilize data to inform program improvements and strategic planning.Experience and Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with 6 to 8years of experience in working as a program manager in the Education sectorExperienced in business and marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong Program Management & Operational ExcellenceStrategic partnerships, Corporate tie ups &B2B- B2C sales experienceStrategic, resourceful, and forward-thinkingPassion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.Interested in working in the fast paced, growing corporate environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
