The professor is also expected to stay updated with advancements in the field and participate in departmental and institutional development activities.QualificationsExpertise in Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, with comprehensive knowledge of key concepts and applications Strong foundation in Physics to support interdisciplinary teaching Experience in Curriculum Development to design effective academic programs Proven ability to contribute to Research activities and mentor students in their scholarly pursuits Excellent communication and classroom management skills B.Tech or M.Sc equivalent degree in Chemistry or a related discipline Previous teaching experience at a similar academic level is preferred
