This role combinesfinancial expertise, education strategy, and leadershipto scale live sessions, partnerships, bootcamps, and community programs that directly feed into LXME’s growth and AUM. You’ll lead a team of certified Money Coaches and anchor the brand’s credibility through education-led transformation.What You’ll Build / Lead / Own Host and lead interactive sessions, webinars, and bootcampson personal finance, investing, and wealth creation tailored for women. Engage communities and partnersthrough financial literacy workshops, institutional tie-ups, and on-ground events. Guide users on goal-based investing and portfolio creation— helping them make informed wealth management decisions. Drive community engagement & content , creating a continuous education loop via blogs, webinars, and reels. Creating financial plans, suggesting products basis client goals HNI Desk— Driving AUM from HNI clients and wealth management services Train internal teams(Money Buddy, Distribution, etc.) on investment products and financial wellness. Mentor younger coaches or learnerswithin LXME’s ecosystem to strengthen our education-first approach to wealth.What Success Looks Like Scale of bootcamps & participation (attendance, engagement, partner count). Portfolio retention andAUM growthfrom education-led funnels. Measurable uplift incommunity engagement & content reach. Internal training success (team certification, confidence uplift scores). NPS from Money Coach and HNI experiences. Recognition as atrusted wealth coachand voice of credibility in women’s finance.Who You Are A finance professional with deep understanding ofpersonal finance, investments, and wealth management. A naturaleducator and communicator— confident on stage, camera, or webinars. Passionate about buildingfinancial literacy for womenand enabling their independence. Empathetic, articulate, and able to make finance relatable, actionable, and inspiring. Comfortable in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment.Qualifications & Experience 8+ years in BFSI / fintech / wealth management / financial education. NISM Series V-A, CFP, CFA Level 1+ preferred. Proven experience infinancial advisory, investor awareness, or education programs. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
