This is a revenue-driving, counselling-focused role based in physical learning centres.Key Responsibilities :- Counsel potential learners via calls, centre visits, and video sessions. - Experience in Inside Sales . - Understand learner needs and recommend suitable upGrad programs. - Convert leads to admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets. - Manage the full sales cycle — enquiry to enrolment and post-sales support. - Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics. - Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth learner experience.Requirements :- Graduate with 3 years of B2C or consultative sales experience (EdTech preferred). - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work with targets and handle multiple tasks. - Basic MS Office + CRM proficiency.Interested candidate share your profile on jinal.waghela@
