*Please go through the JD in detail before sharing your application*A Teaching Assistant/ Associate will have below responsibilities: Academic Role: Conduct course evaluations and give feedbackAssist in preparation of academic materialHandling student queries regarding committee work, assignments, notes, etc.Attending sessions and workshopsResearch Role: Assisting faculty is course preparationConduct course evaluations and give feedbackDeveloping course materialAssist in preparation of other academic materialsAdministrative Role (If any):Handle classes scheduling for the area facultyCoordinating with faculty and students for relevant, timely communicationsAssist in conducting events of the departmentHelp with activities of Communication Excellence Cell- helping students to hone their speaking skills, organizing CEL Talk sessions and assisting with ADMAP committeeEducation : Master’s degree in HR OR Communications or related field. (Full time Master’s Degree mandatory) Ph.D preferred but not MandatoryPrevious Experience : Experience as a TA or delivering sessions on Business Communication is highly preferredSkills/ Capabilities required: Positive attitude towards learning & open-mindedGood oral and written communicationGood follow-up and people management skillsHave a keen interest in researchMeeting strict deadlinesExpertise in MS Office, Ability to do analytics using excel or a statistical softwareOther requisites: Strong understanding of Business Communication concepts and principlesInterested candidates can share their application via email at navin.poojari@
