This person will assist in creating engaging training content for teachers, coordinating with master trainers, scheduling sessions, and working with our academic teams to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Canva, shooting and editing videos, knows his/her way around AI tools and working on Google Sheets/Slides. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in Content Creation Will be working with the training lead to help design and develop training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, infographics, audio recordings) for teacher training programmes. Create visually engaging content using Canva and other creative tools. Produce, edit, and upload YouTube videos and audio resources if need be.Coordination & Communication Fix schedules with master trainers/Teachers for trainings and procuring content. Coordinate with various teams for approvals, collecting information etc. with strict adherence to deadlines. Prepare and manage training calendars, schedules, and logistics using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Act as a point of contact for trainers, tech teams, and participants, etc.Innovation & Research Assist in researching education related innovations, information, insights etc. Act as a point of contact for trainers, tech teams, and participants, etc. Execution & Follow-up Track attendance, feedback, and training outcomes. Ensure timely delivery of training resources to teachers. Proactively identify and resolve execution challenges.Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Education, Communication, or related field preferred). Some experience in content creation, training support, or programme coordination. Proficiency in: Canva or similar design tools. Video creation/editing tools (basic editing for YouTube). Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive). d. Audio recording & basic editing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate fluently and confidently. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Enjoys connecting with people, researching new ideas, taking initiative.Desired Attributes: Passion for education and teacher development. Creative eye for designing engaging learning materials. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
