Role Overview We are seeking a CPL Instructor who will not only deliver high-quality training to students but also contribute to the institute’s Sales, Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Branding initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a CPL Holder to leverage their aviation expertise while developing multi-disciplinary skills in education management and business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Administration Counsel prospective students and assist in the admissions process. Manage student records, attendance, and documentation. Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow. Marketing & Branding Represent ALPS in seminars, career guidance sessions, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the institute’s presence across platforms. Contribute to branding initiatives to enhance ALPS’s reputation in the aviation sector. Training & Instruction Conduct CPL ground classes and mentor aspiring pilots. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Skills & Qualifications Valid CPL Holder (mandatory). Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi). Passion for aviation education and student mentorship.
