The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between faculty, administration, and students—ensuring smooth academic functioning, driving collaboration, and improving educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Faculty Coordination Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among faculty, promoting teamwork and shared academic goals. Coordinate with subject-specific faculty to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to curriculum delivery and pedagogy. Student Engagement Collaborate with faculty to identify and implement strategies that enhance student engagement, academic performance, and overall learning experience. Communication Establish and maintain effective communication channels among faculty members for timely dissemination of information, updates, and academic developments. Liaise with academic coordinators and administrative teams to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination. Data Analysis & Academic Improvement Collect, analyze, and interpret academic performance data to identify trends, strengths, and improvement areas. Utilize insights from data to inform academic planning, faculty development, and student support initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field. Prior experience in academic coordination or faculty management is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Knows the local language ( Marathi )
