Job Description:
We are looking for a Assistant Manager – CLM to drive customer lifecycle marketing initiatives for ZEE5. The role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel campaigns aimed at improving engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage channel marketing campaigns for ZEE5Independently execute campaigns and proactively optimize them based on performance.Ensure campaigns are set up and delivered as per target groups defined by the CLM team.Track campaign efficiency and implement learnings through robust optimizations.Measure, track, and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure end-to-end campaign execution.Monitor campaign delivery, performance, and margins to ensure targets are met.Analyze key variables and provide optimization recommendations to the CLM team.Conduct post-campaign analysis and share actionable insights with the marketing team.Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills.Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights.Key Skills & RequirementsStrong passion for understanding user behaviour and ZEE5’s content ecosystem.Basic understanding of CLM / CRM concepts.Experience with tools like CleverTap, Zoho CRM, Mixpanel is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze large datasets.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical techniques.Diligent, detail-oriented, and driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.Tier 1 & Tier 2 College backgrounds preferred.
