ED - Risk Data Head

Our client is a global financial services firm with businesses in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Hedge Funds, They are hiring for ED – Risk Data Lead role to be part of their Enterprise Risk Management team based in Mumbai.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end service delivery across Data & Reporting, executing prioritized data initiatives, implementing Global Data Quality Policy procedures, enable timely, accurate, and high-quality dashboards for senior management decision-making.Partner with Data Quality Governance Councils, Chief Data Office, Operational Risk Management, and Technology teams to oversee FRM data management and governance.Develop and implement enterprise-wide data quality standards across the division.Identify and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.Engage senior stakeholders, business leaders, and risk management teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective risk practices.Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in risk data with global asset management/investment banking firm.Strong understanding of risk management principles and financial products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent people management and leadership expertise.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
