Project Manager (India - Buildings)

We are looking for experienced Project Manager to lead one of our ambitious builds, a super high-rise building project. This role is responsible for planning, monitoring and executing large and complex construction projects; organizing financial and non-financial resources; integrating project deliverables with engineering plans; complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms; building and strengthening of relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the objective of delivering large construction projects within timelines and cost budgets while adhering to safety and quality standards to the satisfaction of the clientKey Responsibilities:Lead the Build -Take full ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery—scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Set and manage KPIs that keep the project on track.Engage Stakeholders - Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Keep communication clear and reporting transparent from groundbreaking to handover.Build and Mentor Teams - Lead multidisciplinary crews, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance culture where people do their best work.Manage Subcontractors -Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and hold all parties accountable to timelines and standards.Own the Numbers -Manage budgets with full P&L accountability. Find cost efficiencies without cutting corners on quality.Champion Safety - Uphold rigorous HSE standards across every site. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Solve Problems -Anticipate risks, tackle challenges head-on, and develop creative, actionable solutionsQualifications and Skills:Education:BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).Experience:Contractor side experience, managing large scale super high-rise projects ideally +50 floorsDeep expertise in planning, scheduling, and execution.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong negotiation abilities for contracts with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Analytical and critical thinking with a proactive problem solving approach.
