Podcast Outreach ManagerLocation: RemoteCompany: Equations PR & MediaAbout the RoleEquations PR & Media is looking for a highly proactive and well-networked Podcast Outreach Manager to lead guest acquisition for our founder-led podcast, Breakthrough Moments with Priyanka Bhatt. The podcast focuses on business, entrepreneurship and marketing but covers a wide variety of topics including wellness, fitness, tech, food industry, lifestyle, leadership etcThis role is focused entirely on identifying, approaching, and onboarding high-quality guests including founders, investors, creators, industry leaders, and professionals with inspiring stories and meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should be excellent at networking, outreach, communication, and relationship building, while being deeply interested in startups, business, media, and personal stories.Key Responsibilities1. Guest Research & Identification • Identify and shortlist relevant founders, entrepreneurs, investors, creators, and industry leaders for the podcast. • Research guest backgrounds, achievements, and conversation angles before outreach. • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential guests across industries and categories. • Stay updated on trending personalities, startup ecosystems, industry movements, and emerging voices.2. Outreach & Guest Acquisition • Execute high-volume outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, Instagram, and other channels that are relevant for growth. • Pitch the podcast and communicate the value proposition effectively. • Build relationships with founders, agencies, talent agencies, celebrity managers and PR representatives. • Follow up consistently to maximize response and conversion rates.3. Guest Coordination & Scheduling • Coordinate with guests and their teams for availability, scheduling, and confirmations. • Ensure smooth communication before, during, and after the episode process. • Collect guest information, profiles, talking points, and other required assets. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless episode planning and execution.4. Relationship Management • Build long-term relationships with guests, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners. • Maintain a strong network that can contribute to future collaborations and referrals. • Ensure a professional and positive guest experience throughout the process’ • Getting collaboration requests accepted from guests and co-ordinating the same.5. Data Management & Reporting • Maintain organized outreach trackers, databases, and guest pipelines. • Share weekly reports on outreach performance, confirmed guests, pending conversations, and upcoming episodes. • Track response rates, conversion metrics, and outreach effectiveness.Requirements • 3 - 5 years of experience in podcast outreach activities, business development, talent management, partnerships, PR, podcasting and influencer management • Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills. • Strong understanding of startups, founders, creators, business ecosystems, and media. • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and follow-ups. • Highly organized with strong documentation and coordination skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and relationship-oriented. • Experience in podcast outreach or founder networking is a strong plus. • Has connects with brands, individuals and influencers.
